Ok so i have 2 banned card which i think i want to dust it, and not sure its a good idea :) so i ask here
Is there any chance to konami will remove the ban to this 2 card?

Terraforming and Instant Fusion, the first 1 i wondering to be honest :) the 2nd probable never, but who knows :) so should i dust this 2?

You can only get full dust back within the timeframe its open and looking at what you got banned the timeframe for those two is already gone. But yes you can 100% dust them and get 20 UR out of it. None of them have a chance to come back again in the near future.

why? tell me a combo for why its banned, more like the first card :)

Terraforming is banned cause future field spells are too good.
Instant Fusion was banned cause of Tear but will mostly stay banned as it was too good aswell.

Both are very unlikely to get unbanned, terraforming much less likely because the power level of field spells is only going up. Instant fusion *might* be able to come back if they ban some other fusions, but the master duel mentality behind the forbidden list tends to be more towards hitting consistency than power ceilings, so I wouldn't count on that happening. The latest ban list shows the lengths to which they are willing to go to keep kitkallos legal, so instant fusion is probably just going to be among those casualties
