It can get out fusion monsters relatively easily.
And it can get monsters out easily.
It mills itself, and it's opponent to a lesser degree. But you can play off that or stop that as well.
It's pretty effective against other meta decks, but in my experience, rogue decks have an easier time against it than other meta decks.
Tearlaments are not a deck that anyone can just pick up and play. They are the strongest of all decks but you NEED the skill to play them. Previous Meta decks are much stronger without as much skill but Tear has a higher ceiling than all of them.
This, plus most Tear pilots are awful and depend on opening the floodgates, otherwise is Bagoozzinga Pass.
Wouldn't call it the deck's main Gimmick when Winda is only used in 24% of Tearlament decks.
