When i activated kashtira riseheart which kashtira card that should i banish?

The standard choice could be Ogre, but depends the situation, if you have prep kash you should banish unicorn or fenrir and then revive thanks to the effect of prep kash.

situational and depends on if you have birth or prepare face up on the field because they can both summon a monster that is banished.

If you have the spell face up you can banish fenrir, summon fenrir to search out unicorn or ogre to your hand, and then use birth to summon them and than xyz whatever you want.

edit:
But if you don't have those cards I say just toss ogre into the banish zone because if you can xyz shangri cause I think unicorn/fenrir are a little more important than ogre
