Who is this "Visas Starfrost" guy and why does he shows up in many different cards?
From the card arts i think its implied that he travels to many different "worlds", how and why does he do that?

Without an anime to do cards from, Konami now makes their stories exclusively in their new card sets, like how Dogmatika, Branded, Despia, Tri-Brigade, Swordsoul, Icejade, Springan, Spright, and Therion are all actually in the same universe/timeline. We don't have the whole picture for the Visas lore yet, but we do know he is going around fighting alternate, evil versions of himself who have become tyrants in their own worlds
Literally Rick and Morty.

Regardless about how you feel with the cards, you gotta admit the Albaz Lore has some really good art.

Its ok the ones I liked most were the swordsoul cards really and they are abit of an odd bunch as far as the whole lore set goes

The how and why is basically anime gimmicks. But he effectively goes to different universes and finds planets that are sort of like a parallel dimension version of each other, which is why each of the archetypes has these similar traits. They all stick to one summoning method, they all have a visas starfrost "variant" that the deck roughly circles around, and they all have a "*adjective* planet *portmanteau noun*" field spell. Just like with the albaz story, an ideal lore deck would include a combination of all of them, but their playstyle directly contradicts that and an actual lore-accurate deck would be full of bricks that don't do anything most of the time.

So basically,
