Only counter traps can be activated in response to counter traps. (meaning monsters like Herald of Ultimateness and Baronne de Fleur can't negate Divine Wrath or Solemn Strike)
There's also a pendulum monster who's pendulum effect can nullify the activation cost for a lot of counter traps. (meaning you wouldn't have to discard a spell to activate Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell, or pay half your LP to activate Solemn Judgment)
Forbidden Droplet can also work. Requires you send 1 or more cards to the GY to activate (and then negates the effects of an equal number of opposing monsters), but your opponent can't respond with cards of the same type as those you used to activate it. (so if you send a monster to the GY, your opponent can't respond with monster effects) Dark Ruler No More's a bit slower (being a normal spell), but it negates the effects of all monsters on your opponent's field AND monster effects can't be activated in response. (only drawback is you're not dealing any damage for the rest of the turn; fair considering there's no cost of activation and it's hard to counter though)
i just played a few matches against mekk-knight crusadia avramax and he walled all my trap cards and even my monster effects
ill take a look at forbidden droplet gonna have to craft it do you run 1 2 or 3?
So if you have a spell that REALLY needs to go through, and they have a spell negate up, well... don't play that spell unless they've either used the negate, or you take care of the monster some other way with some kind of removal. If you don't have some kind of board breaker in your hand, you can try to bait the negate out with other-less important cards first. If that doesn't work then you'll just have to take care of it the old fashioned way, either by battle or using your engine and actual deck to remove it.
tl;dr: Craft Dark Ruler No More
