What's a deck you play that nobody else does?
One of my favourite decks is Zoodiac Generaider, although you'll have a hard time finding any recent info on it. It's pretty decent and can run Shifter! Pretty simple deck build and gameplan - Zoo is your normal summon, paired with the field spell gets you an extra interruption or going second lets you make Zeus, which fixes Generaiders problem of not having a going second play. Deck also has tons of room for handtraps and board breakers.

I used to think no one plays Exosister Dinomorphia till i got into a mirror match.
Now the only deck that i play that nobodoy else does is pure Lightsworn

Melodious Diva. I have yet to see one play those. Stardust/Supernova or Ice barrier is also one that I rarely face that I have myself.

I haven't played against anyone else on Aromages, Trickstars, Cyber Dragon Trickstars or Runick Sky Strikers.

Myutant and F.A.

Maybe saw a single Myutant during Legend Anthology but none in ranked

Uuh speaking from personal experience after 100 hours i havent seen a single Solfas, Kuribohs only in a viewers duels stream on youtube for the memes, only saw Slifer being used but not Legendary Knights or the Arcana Joker so guess thats 2 out of 3 in a single deck and i met a single Cubic player but he just played the "i mill my whole deck and only use cubic cards as fodder for link plays" kinda strat so dunno if i'd call that a actual cubic deck.
Edit: Ah guess Pure Adventure counts too if you count old decks that i couldnt use anymore because the banlist made them unplayable.

Ok this is a hard one but searching through my decks I realized I have two odd fun decks I made and do actually play a bit when I feel like something less involved.

Chaos By its Name

Inspired by the joke idea that I could probably make a deck using only "Chaos" cards. This deck strangely won games. I once got to Diamond 5 with it.

Dragon Core Hexer Normalcy
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2960099319
This was just me loving Dragon Core Hexer enough to try and make her work in a deck. I haven't played it in a minute since I have been busy with other decks and it doesn't work as well as the Chaos deck above. So if I want something "fun" I usually pick the Chaos one over this. Still its taking up a deck slot for a reason.

...I really don't think I need to say it.

Earth Machine All-Archetype. I think I've only seen about 2 other players playing them in my last 500 matches, and even then it was distilled to just like 2 of the archetypes vs my Infinitrack/Trains/Machina/Therion setup.

Yeah I see those archetypes a lot but I haven't seen all of them together yet.

It necessitates the full 60 cards, but it's surprising how few cards you need of each archetype to get some solid engines going. The archetypes feed into eachother well and the recycling capability allows you to literally play forever if somehow you get a long game.

Decks like that are my fave kind. If you balance the right engines you can make some awesome decks.

Think I'm one of the few Zombie deck users that doesn't use 1. Edilbitch or 2. a preconstructed list off of google
Ultra Athlete but apparently there is a small community of players who really like this archetype and play it better than I do.
Shameless self promotion ahead:

Sylvans, Flower Cardians, Metaphys, Ritual Beasts, Dream Mirror, Mermail/Atlanteans, Lavals, and Super Quantal might qualify.

I try out many different decks and archetypes, starting pretty much when MD was released. Kuriboh is one that I've never seen anyone else play until this week.
