both give no rewards
Don't play than, if people enjoy playing they're gonna play
Maybe stick to single player games if you can't handle losing
I really think Konami should make it so that you can get rewards even if you surrender, but ONLY after turn 2. With how the game is currently, usually if you go second and you can't stop your opponent's combo, they'll get a board out with enough omni negates to stop you from playing (especially in Duelist Cup events like the current one).
Then turn 3 comes around with you having an empty board and no playable cards and instead of swinging for win, they almost always BM for 5+ minutes because that's how people are in this game for some god forsaken reason, or it's a Runick player.
Right now, for the sake of dailies, it's way more time efficient to just surrender and match until you go first with a turn 1 suicide deck.
But even so, that's wasting more type tho. If you surrender in the middle of the turn, you can just find another match quickly, but endure 10 minutes turns watching the opponent do their thing for you to gain 1 or 2 ticks in a mision that asks you to do 10000 things, is it really worth it?
You don't get your mission rewards when everything you do is negated including summon. Better to take people's advice to surrender if you get nothing and opponent take long time to finish you.
Every videogame is literally a waste of time, unless you're getting paid for it. All we get out of it is enjoyment. Some people aren;t salty whiny crybabies that can't enjoy themselves unless they always win.
