Link my steam to kanami id

I have played and have process on my laptop which I used steam on, and I want to use it on my ps4 but I dont know how to transfer it? Could someone help me please?

1. Create Konami ID. It's not Steam profile, and/or your game profile. Here is webside:

2. In game [Where you want sent data. This is your Steam] go to settings, and click top right side "Submenu". There choose "Data Transfer".
Then you get code.
3. Go to Konami ID webside. Then link your profile to Konami ID.
4. Start console, and game[Where you want use data. This is your PS4]. And then in the Title screen click "Data Transfer". Go to your Konami ID, and link Konami ID to new console.
