If you just want to talk about strong singular cards that lead into multiple disruptions, there are plenty to talk about, like Branded Fusion, Mathmech Circular, Achichi/Pikari @Ignister and so on.
As for Veiler, yeah, it's not bad by any means, it's just a bit worse than Impermanence in most cases, although some decks like Sky Striker use it to help link climb to Accesscode with Selene because it's a Spellcaster, and Veiler can be used on a pre-established board without needing to be set which can help against stuff like Lightning Storm or Duster.
This
The Familiar Possessed Dark Link monster that I can't remember the name of (any of them) is one that comes to mind, but I'm sure I'm forgetting a better one.
EDIT: Nvm, any of them will do, not just the Dark one (called Dharc...)
As someone who really likes the Dogmatika archetype's design, I'll be the first to say the deck isn't very good in modern formats. Limiting Nadir Servant to 1 really hurts the deck. They can probably bring it back to 3 without issue. The new banlist is bringing it back to 2, but honestly it probably won't do much.
Without a doubt the best current method of getting out Accesscode is Transcode Talker and Splash Mage to link climb; however, the latter is really only viable in Cyberse decks. It is possible to use Spright Elf if your going first to create Acesscode turn 3, but Spright generally has better options. It ultimately depends on what deck your playing. Accesscode isn't an auto-include into decks anymore, so it's fallen out of favor outside Mathmech and maybe Ignister which use Update Jammer to OTK their opponents.
