Chaos Form broken ?

Can someone plz explain why Pre-Preparations of Rites doesn't recognize this ritual spell ?

So far this is the only ritual spell that doesnt work with this spell no matter how many various chaos ritual monsters I use in deck for unknown reasons...

*Vendread ritual spells for example work as they should be.

I assume the Vandread card that works with pre-prep is Origin?
Pre-pre require the specific monster name to be mentioned but not necessarily have to be mentioned as material.
Second half of Origin's card text does mentioned "Revendread Slayer"

Just tested, can't search Executor, only Slayer.

If that were true it would work with the original "Black Luster Soldier" ritual. It does not because the name isn't actually on the card. BLS is a CHAOS card so there is no need to name it specifically.

No it would not because Chaos Form mentions "Black Luster Soldier ritual monster" which is referring to a group of ritual monsters with "Black Luster Soldier" in the it's name and not the original BLS ritual monster.

There's a similar case with Eye of Timaues which mentions "Dark Magician monster" in it's card text, so it cannot be searched by any of the in archetype searchers of DM because they require specifically "Dark Magician" to be mentioned in the card text.
