Are people seriously complaining about Dark Magician in this event?
I mean, decks like d/d/d and Speedroid are practically at full power, yet Dark Magician and Blue Eyes are the decks people are deciding to complain about instead? Lmao.

What did you expect ? Every event will have a strong deck that are allowed to be played with full power just like last event had Crusadia wreaking people.

I expected people to complain about good decks instead, lol

Dark Magician is basically tier-0, best deck in the game, nothing can stand up to them. I mean, they have a targeted banish every turn, insane.

The amount of people who don't know that DM can stand up to almost anything, is too damn high. Either you guys have only gone up against netdeckers or never tried DM yourselves, there's no other explanation. DM is not as consistent as some meta but it's powerful: negate/control/banish/protect/destroy entire boards without an opponent response with Dark Magic Expanded/float monsters etc. It's a multitool deck.

lol

I know the deck is better than people think because I actually run a good version of the deck, but pure Dark Magician is ass.

Pure Dark Magician is one of the best pure decks though. Events like this prove it every time

Atleast you can laugh at the people that spend 3000 gems buying the bundle just to get random master packs.

I didn't buy the bundle for the master packs. Besides I spent twice as much getting 1 copy of fancy boi Eldlich!

Also based on the fields and DM art most people use they didn't even buy the 3k bundle. The cards are all in the 1.5k structures.

I'd pay 3k for the field alone tbh, best one we have by far

Yea Dark Magician is a nightmare to duel when your not running a meta deck, I had to rebuild my deck quickly after I realized I misread my win condition on a card that I thought locked opponents from playing lol, it's not the first time I'd done it with the same card too.

So I had to switch to my OG Timelord Deck that I ran in my earlier events, but against Dark Magician it's nearly useless.
Playing DM and only facing other DM player feels kinda funny
That’s…really funny, actually. The deck’s quite fun, though, I’ll probably end up playing it outside of the event at this rate.

ppl hate the dark mag players since its a convenient deck to make based off of structure decks. but players not smooth in the card play, so its cringe

It's better than I though it'd be outside of the event tbh, makes a pretty good Rank 7 engine so you can abuse Galaxy Tomahawk. The way most people play it is ass though.
