Meta is there just to make money for the company not for you to have fun with. You just need to think if all 10,000 card could be used the would not make anyone because no one would by the new meta cards. Hate to burst your bubble its all about making money not your fun just the money.
Why you think this is FTP at the start so they can sucker you in. I have not spent a penny on this game and never will. 10,000 card argument died with increasing the amount of ability's cards have wont belong before they make the card size bigger or you will need the millinum eye to read whats on the things.
Morn the people that are spending Gems on the game you can blame people for doing the meta that the new game of yugioh is based on so the can make the money money money. Save your money and play card you want you will still win sometimes the algorithm will see to that.
"Skill Issue" - [insert meta slave fanboy with anime pic here]
So true, Konami hasn't responded to any of my love letters.
They REALLY started over-cramming monsters with effects at some point, many of them probably too durable for what they do, some getting effects that allow recursion/recovery after notable investment, some having abilities that render many trap cards moot, some things are legitimately overflowing with effects if we really look around (a lot of things admittedly being on some F/L list at some point).
