How to reset account?

So, I had a massive mental breakdown last year. Dismantled all the decks and used their dust to krappy cards in order to completely explode the resources. Now more stable in life and mentally and some friends started playing MD, I was wondering how I could make a new account for the newbie bonuses without doing a second steam account. Already deleted the konami id but that didn't solve anything. Is it even possible?
