if you add imperial iron wall / chaos hunter. your deck gonna have more chance vs runnick in the cost of being less good vs any other deck who not rely on banning.
ressult choas hunter and iron wall gonna become dead card in your hand or field vs any oppenent who not banish.
pick your poison deal more vs runick or deal more vs any other ppl
You should not be forced to pick up cards that counter only one deck. Those cards will just be dead cards when you face someone els that dont play Runic.
You don't have to do this of course. You can lose. You can use a completely different deck which counters the meta innately. You can just hope RNG favors you. What you can't do is play ranked and expect your same old deck to be good at all times. If you want to play without this consideration you can go play casual. There you can scoop without worry when you encounter Runick.
Morons actually tell people to put in cards specifically to face this deck that cause you to brick and make you lose in other match ups instead of just admitting that runick is unhealthy for a best of 1 format.
News flash the field spell is broken and all the deck does is play cancer cards that dont let your opponent do anything. It doesn't belong in this format.
Deck design, quality and skill ceiling over the past 6 years in this game became pretty disappointing. All new releases has be nothing more than either gimmick ruberish to prevent the opponent from playing the game, like Floowanderize and Runick. Or straight up braindead decks that just requires you to keep pressing "Yes" prompts to get a victory. Such as Branded.
