End of story.
All of the above cards prevent this play entirely.
Branded Expulsion CAN Special Summon Ido while it is Banished to the opponent's field.
Because it is a trap you're not crashing Ido as your opponent will play it in defense position onto your field, which also makes your Evenly Matched useless.
Far better then Ido. Cant be punished and cant be removed the effect till end of turn
Your Opponent would have to use a second Expulsion in order to summon the banished Ido, because Expulsion targets, if Ido is banished from the GY in response to Expulsions activation (eg Called By the Grave), the summon will NOT go through as the trap loses its original target and the banished Ido is now considered to be a different card than the one that was in the GY.
