We got some Sky Strikers support, some Light/Dark support which looks really strong. A weird Synchro card and a Photon card.

Honestly the Photon card has a useless first effect. It's an OTK deck, why would you want to skip the Battle Phase? 2nd effect looks good though.

The Synchro trap seems good? You just get to keep reviving Synchro monsters. Letting you Synchro off a Synchro bring it back turn it into a tuner then Synchro again.

Yeah Shadow's Light and Duality seem to be good for that lol. The special summon from ED is a bit scary tho. Since alotta good ED monsters are Light/Dark.

Still no new Eldlich support after all these years and being one of the most popular decks. Meanwhile Skystriker gets male cards instead, something no one asked for, breaks the theme of the archtype for me. Classic Konami when doing new cards.

Sky Strikers has a manga i believe. The new cards are probably based off that.

Idk if they'd even use any level 10 xyz tho over the Trains. I just don't want the Trap version of Invoked to get stronger.
Out of the Sky Striker cards, Ciells and Aakas might see some occasional play at 1 copy. Himmel is sadly garbage.

These are just lore cards and don't seem to be made to be good.

Yeah sure go to any locals and there are plenty of Eldlich players not so much for your Orcust because its just another failed combo deck. Why should i want floodgates when everybody knows searchable and archetype specific floodgates are problematic and not the way Konami balances the game? Eldlich has plenty of generic floodgates the main priority of the engine is to deliver monsters.
What Eldlich needs is something to unbannish the golden lord, a better counter trap card since Golden forever sucks, every other archetypes counter trap simple requires you having any monster of the archtype not tributing your boss monster. Also maybe a level 2 tuner for a Golden land trap monster so you can Synchro with level 8 Guardian into level 10.

Orcust is an ex meta deck. The reason there's no new Orcust cards is cause the story is over. It's a story based archetype. Part of the World Legacy

Play Trains and tell me getting 2 level 10's is hard. You play the Trains Xyz cause you get to do 2k burn dmg then go into a 4k beater off that monster. 2 Extra deck slots but it's Eldlich. They got 15 slots to work with.

Accesscode is harder to summon than a level 10 Xyz. But it's also weaker cause the amount of slots you have to exhaust to make Accesscode good. Not saying it isn't an extremely strong card. Cause it is, but in play it isn't good. Even against Eldlich. They can just add Eldlich to hand then use his send to GY effect.

if level 10s xyz would have been so easy to do you would see every meta combo deck doing it but they dont, You actually need a dedicated deck like trains to do it and all what they get is OTK potential instead what Access Code Talker has on top of that, not even an omni negate or something. Same for Eldlich by the time you got to 2 level 10 monsters you already have won the game, Lord of the heavenly prison and Eldlich have such good stats its more risky than anything with countless unused effect veilers etc. from your opponent, to not just simple sit on them with a floodgate instead.

This is Komoney we are talking about they dont care about story etc. Orcust is just like any other combo deck, Skystriker came out around the same time and that deck is still relevant and has its fanbase, not the same for Orcust anymore. This will be the fate of every combo deck eventually because they all play the same, but just get more efficient and better with each new product.
