yes its op since it dies to a normal summon and run over. or play a card that destroys a monster on the field since they dont run backrow negates, oh wait most players wont do that since they are brainless sheep.

no honestly i comment hear every now and then honestly i can care less that it was hit since i dont run statue in floo. i do run it in other wind based decks just like i run the light one in a blue eyes deck for fun or the water one in a few water decks. but i think the last time i commented on the forms was a couple of months complaining that somehow always under estimate there times.

As a Floo user, I'd have accepted this if Verte also got hit with the banhammer.

As is, guess I'll just have to replace Stormwinds with another Fossil Dyna.

Just remember that a good hit is good regardless of what is missed. Verte will find its way onto the list, its just a matter of time.

the statue is not OP, just the decks who can search it for no reason like Simorgh link monster and Floowandereeze. And even in Floo the reason why it is simple OP is because they have Raiza and the map, you normal summon to go to the battle phase but they trigger the map and can summon Raiza and bounce back your only normal summon, no special summon means GG unless you play a based deck like Eldlich who plays nothing but generic good cards unlike combo decks.

It is legit crippling. Eldlich doesn't need its normal because it only specials. The normal goes to cards outside of Eldlich.

Thats not greed. Impatience, perhaps but not greed. Personally I don't focus on the lists too much unless they REALLY suck. Like the first ever list which banned the entire Meta Game which happened to be my beloved Chaos cards. A Verte here and there will pass.

Maxx C may be a forever card though so feel free to argue about that since Its not a matter of patience.
