I only like the Fusion Spell and the Fusion monster. The rest doesn't exactly further plays. Rather play Danger Bigfoot than the new Reignbeaux.

Actually, when the first Dark World Structure Deck was released was in XYZ era and was pretty popular for easy Rank 5 monsters.

Also, there's a unknown Dark World fusion that was mentioned in GX Season 4 but we never saw it in action

didnt know that about the deck being used as a XYZ engine but is not surprising since they special summon themselves a lot, that is why I though giving them their own XYZ archetype boss monsters made a lot of sense, also completely forgot they appeared in the anime.

Chaos Goddess is actually a light Synchro Chaos card, its just terrible. Takes 1 LIGHT Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters to summon. They should retrain it to make it more playable. You know, by making it 1 monster instead of 2 for some reason. Maybe make a 3 piece set of Dark Chaos Goddess, Light Chaos goddess and True Chaos Goddess.

I myself think Chaos Goddess looks really nice though.

Chaos Goddess is my most favorite waifu card, I remember I tried to make a chaos deck with her when it got released but she has one of the worst summon requirements ever. I still have 3 copies 1st edition of her

Only thing that brings old deck back to competitive main scene is if you give them completely broken cards

For example

1. Double SS of monsters from deck (aka rescue rabbit like effect)
2. Soul charge esque effect
3. Own version of future fusion (pre-errata)
4. Own omni negate (quick effect) lvl 4 or lower monster
5. Own easily summon extra deck boss monster with protection and omni negate effect that when it leaves the field lets u +1-+3.
6. Cards that give u POG effect while helping u +1-+2 off your archetypes effect
7. Lockdown card that prevents your opponent from playing most of the time.

Though the only Rank monsters people ran on it's release if I recall was Leviair the Sea Dragon cause of Tour Guide. The rest just broke board and OTK'd which is why it was META.

Also you're talking about Colorless, Chaos King of Dark World.

The other 2 Dark World cards that are anime only (at the moment) is Dark Corridor which lets you add 1 Dark World monster from the deck then allows you to discard a fiend monster.

The other is Cobal, Excavator of Dark World (that'd need a redesign).

OH BOY

Dark World Puppet is absolutely good news for Infernoids man! You get to quick play banish 3 cards from your opponent's GY, discard an infernoid, then next turn you get a banished infernoid back to the hand for free! It will even still be useful if it gets sent to GY by reasoning unlike the rest of the void spells and traps.

Thats actually really interesting for pretty much anyone who practices self milling and plays fiends. Ill definitely try it in my Chaos decks when it eventually reaches masterduel in like, a year.

I don't know about the rank 7s, but back then it wasn't hard or unreasonable to get two Grapha's on board and summon a rank 8. Summoning Heliopolis and detonating the board for game was a common play for me.
