vanity's emptiness

Activate a card. Card get's negated. Card get's destroy. Card goes to the Graveyard. Vanity's Emptiness gets destroy. Vanity's Emptiness goes to the Graveyard.
I don't understand why it's so hard to deal with the card.

Based on this forum the usual answer is no backrow hate.

BTW its only to YOUR graveyard, not your opponents. Here is the effect.

"Neither player can Special Summon monsters. If a card is sent from the Deck or the field to your Graveyard: Destroy this card."

because it's played alongside stuff like dimensional fissure and macro cosmos sometimes?

Its more that if they negate you with something like Baronne they don't need to send anything to the grave which means it stays on the field. So they can delay your ability to special summon until they run out of negates or have to use an ash blossom or something.

it is the opponents graveyard...the graveyard if the one who played this.

See that's the thing OP can't deal with ONE floodgate. We all know there's more than one floodgate in yugioh.

they can also negate it with a hand trap and its not sending from the field or the deck so it still stays
