just another way of saying the game should go back to t-set pass. 10 seconds is certainly a new one.

I would win so many duels from enemies reading my cards deciding to respond.

10 seconds is pretty long, we should add on a rule that you can only do 1 action per turn.

Finally someone with a working brain this is the way to actually balance the game

People take forever on there turns I wait a full nearly 10 minutes almost for a person to finish there first turn. The time to make a move should be 3 minutes at the max.

Horrible game I have sat here and thought out this entire comment waiting on some douche bag to finish there turn.

this is the worst yugioh experience I have had, should not take no 40 to 50 minutes for a 4 to 5 turn duel

whomever though it was good to allow players to have 10 minutes to make a turn needs to be fired from this development team or be force to watch the show yugi did not have time to search google to learn how to use his deck in the middle of a duel

Given that it could occasionally take me 3+ minutes based solely on my timer to get through all my plays, and that doesn't include animations...

Yeah, 10 minutes wouldn't happen every time but I can see it happening at least often enough for confirmation bias to take care of the rest.

Turn timer is 480 seconds, or 8 minutes.

Except that only includes time where that player could make a decision. Animations don't count, nor does the couple of seconds they'll have to wait if you could potentially respond. Tally that all up, add a deck that takes longer, and you'll get it happening just often enough that people who don't understand statistics will claim it happens "all the time".

wtf why do you need 10 whole seconds? smh broken combo players these days, takes 3 seconds to summon the Surrender button in attack mode.

You mean the show where each turn had a coin flip chance of involving an evil villain monologue or friendship speech? Or where a dude spent five minutes with his hands on the deck thinking about how the entire world will get yeeted into the shadow realm if he doesn't draw the exact card needed to pull off some dumb combo? Seems like there would be plenty of time for the opponent to google anything they wanted

We need a device you hook to your veins, when you lose LP you lose blood equivalent to it. It will solve the bot crisis cause bots don't have blood.
Daguza May 31, 2022 @ 10:38am
or get rid of combo decks as a viable strategy. That way turns won't last so long and game won't be so toxic.
