Game is dying?

I am crying... Was having incredible fun playing this game and now i only face against bots. I have faced with bots like 20 games back to back... I am at gold elo. Is it any better in higher elos?

I honestly don't care about TCG players not liking the game because of the F/L lists and such, i just enjoy master duel this way and wanna keep enjoying it before it dies totally.

At the very least, this random person truly respects your honesty.

If the part that makes one like this is not either of: slow synchronous animations / ability to bot and cheat / ability to pay to have cards others may not have / not having latest cards available. Then i would say to just try community made ygo games which are far ahead of this, like omega.

Cry more then bots are everywhere. The machines are taking over so go away.

And the fun thing is Master duel becoming like TF2 full of Bots and Konami will do nothing to save this game lol

I mean, even in this situation while there are ton of bots it is still quite uncommon for many people to encounter bots and many people having fun with the game. Saying the game is already died is just overreacting imo. This game has far more potential than any other game KONAMI ever released including Duel Links and others. In my opinion the first biggest mistake was to releasing this game as free to play. But still, adding a few very simple steps in the game like even a stupid thing like making a player push a button that appears in a random area of screen before searching for a match might solve whole issue, or adding a captcha (or whatever it is called). And auto-banning of course. Like all these bots still have the exact same deck. Just recognise those and ban them. I dunno there might be even more simpler and more effective solutions to this…

honestly half the time i have more fun on that one turn i get going first with the bots then some of the actual players. just finished a game where i played less on my turn than the other guy did. I lay a card down and he did a chain of 4 cards then i play something else and he chains a gain. Other times I have great matches that end up being really close and fun with players. those are the ones that keep me playing

I do get the bots fairly often to, but what is more annoying is that I have started to see more and more subtle hackers. They normally do a cheat that prevents your effects, like special summons will be unavailable to you but they still can, or spell effect will not activate. They probably think that the opponent will just assume they had some effect but I always check the board and both graveyards, sometimes they did have a card, but more often then not it is just a hacker who had nothing to actually prevent those things. Worst part is most of then I have face are also Pheonix Enforcer users, which are the worst kind of player. Not saying they are bad people, it is just a game, but they ruin it for everyone else, so they have to live with the fact that they are the primary reason the game loses players.

Honestly with your last opinion there i highly doubt they're hackers.
