Idk, even if it is hard drawn, it seems to be too good to be able to fuse monsters in your deck instead of having to draw or search for the fusion materials.
And yet I can't recall the last time Shaddolls topped a tournament off the top of my head.
Alright maybe fusing cards from the deck isn't a problem in and of itself. But Fusion Destiny just makes it too easy for decks to bring out DPE. It's so easy to just splash in decks that I even went against a Dark Magician deck that was running Fusion Destiny and DPE.
