How? Eva cannot search a copy of itself.
I advise you to build a Drytron and play it once to understand how it works.
This will help you counter this deck more effectively later.
Also, I know how Drytron works. I played the deck when Linkross was legal. I even built the deck on Master Duel to skip opponent's turns.
Ash Blossom and Max C getting limited.
Zeus getting limited or banned.
Baroness De Fleur getting nerfed.
A lot of the cards we take issue with are already banned in either the tcg, ocg, or both.
Konami is going to have to do something to stop the hemorrhage of players.
It’s like I said in my post it’s not fun to watch your opponent set up an unbreakable field while you take a nap for 8 minutes, and then the moment you break their board they scoop.
It’s not fun not being allowed to play the game
Accesscode Talker won't get hit.
Heralds won't get touched, Eva and to an extent Benten are what makes them too good.
Ash is overused due to Maxx "C" but she won't get hit. Plus, she requires a good amount of knowledge to use her properly.
Maxx "C" can't be limited or even semi-limited, it's a card that can only exist at 3 or at 0.
Zeus is already limited and there's no reason to ban it.
I'll stop at Zeus since it's clear you don't even know what you're talking about since you said it should be limited despite it already being limited.
Maxx C is still an incredibly powerful card if you just run 1-2 of them.
Cards that should be banned, nerfed, or limited are cards that drastically shape the meta, that every deck has to run/play around. And every card I listed is on that list. Access code talker can literally clear the entire board, and ftk you by itself as long as you have enough links in the gy. And that’s not hard to do for any deck.
It’s been a long night, imho Zeus should just be banned.
In the beginning we had a 255k players peak (I'll do approximations, but they're negligible), now it's 119k, so the peak reduced by 55%
If we're gonna consider the avg. players count in the beginning it was 162k, now it's 42k, 75% less
If we're gonna consider the numbers on the line we have 262k in the beginning, 49k yesterday, 82% less
Ever heard of baiting an Ash?
Unless your hand is such a brick that your only usable card is your search/draw, even lots of fun decks can play through 1 Ash, assuming you checked and tried to bait her, rather than use your best card right away.
My friend plays Dino's, Ash was pretty much never enough by herself to shut him down.
I've faced HERO decks quite a bunch, same applied to them, most of the time Ash just weakened their end board, but didn't stop them.
If you can't see the problem with only 1 Maxx "C", let me spell it out for you, against any competent deck, if you don't have the counter for Maxx "C" then and there, that being Ash or Called By, you pretty much lost. GG go next. They will either draw into more hand traps to stop you, or have enough resources to kill anything you have on the board. And if you end on next to nothing, no competent deck will have any troubles killing you on the spot.
Also, fun fact, in the TCG, where Maxx "C" is banned, there are even players that won YCS tournaments and similar scale events without running any hand traps in their main deck for game 1. Interesting right? Without Maxx "C", you can build decks that won't care about being Ashed or having any Ash yourself.
Also, another fun fact, just use a negate on Accesscode Talker.
