What should I use to hinder their link 2 play?
And furthermore, keep an eye on which cards were set on the current turn, as they can't be activated that turn, so make sure to utilize it, before it's too late. Also keep in mind, that most Traptrix Decks run 5-6 Trapholes, so just running through all of them will eventually lead to their incapability to control the game any longer.
And furthermore try to play some backrow hate, preferably counter traps, as these can't be negated by imperial order and the counter-effect ensures, that it won't trigger Sera.
And obviously playing Kaijus and cards, that prevent effects or special summons is quite strong too. Keep in mind, that cards like skill drain only negate effects like Sera, Rafflesia or other trap immune Traptrix monsters, if it was activated before these monsters were summoned. Traptrix monster by themselves are quite week without their effects.
And if you don't play that much trap cards, then playing royal decree is obviously quite strong as well (but it's obviously quite useless against spell heavy decks, so i wouldn't run it at 3).
That was pretty helpful, thanks!
Step 2: normal summon Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo
Step 3: equip it with moon mirror shield and/or power of the guardian
Step 4: watch opponent scoop when they realize they can't special summon anything or run over the monster.
Sounds like you've never faced a Traptrix player, who actually know, how to properly play that archetype. Facing that only delays a proper Traptrix engine, but it won't prevent it, if that's all you've got.
Rafflesia doesn't care though, as she can just imitate a traphole card, while still being considered a monster effect. Also you need to be prepared for some Utopia cards as well, so good luck defending your Jinzo without any trap card yourself.
