there are three that build especially oppressive end boards on turn 1: drytron, adamancipator, and virtual world
drytron can summon herald of ultimateness on turn 1 with 6 fairies in hand, which means SIX omni-negates. if you have nothing in your starting hand to stop drytron from finishing their full combo, you will literally be unable to play the game on your next turn.
adamancipator can summon a 3-negate apollousa, a 2-negate borreload savage dragon, a dragite (spell/trap negate), a dragon buster destruction sword equipped to borreload (locks your opponent out of their extra deck!), and an I:P masquerena + block dragon to make knightmare unicorn (discard 1 card to send any card on your opponent's board back to the deck).
virtual world can summon the true king of all calamities (your opponent cannot activate ANY monster effect or attack with any monster for their entire turn!) in ~85% of their opening hands. some opening hands can also make a crystal wing synchro dragon (monster negate) or a shenshen (any cards sent to the grave are banished instead) to further lock your opponent out of plays.
so yeah, if you wanna grind to the top of ranked by telling your opponent "NO!", that's real easy
check the master duel meta discord to learn how to play these decks if you want to walk the dark side
anything that can empty it’s Extra Deck onto the field
