He is basically your only turn 1 option to start making your oppressive board of backrows with secrets, wispers and key. Keeping in indigo eclipse so that you can move them around in case of the opponent trying to activate something like Lightning Storm
With Girsu at one you have to either open with him with luck or some how fetch him w/no monsters on the field on turn one.
Then you'd have to hope you have Blue Sky in your hand or something so that you can go into it once you've used the token and itself to link climb from Linkuriboh to Lib.
There are variants outside of pure and that's Invoked Mekk-Knights, being all light atts you can easily just go into Meccaba for Omni negates in additon to your backrow.
