Honestly, if you want to play a deck people hate, find an archetype that requires as few monsters as possible (Invoked, Eldlich, Subterror), get only the bare essentials and then fill up your deck with all those Continuous/Counter traps that don't let your opponent play. Enjoy~

Play the game. People will find a way to complain about you. Playing a combo deck? boring and not representative of old yugioh. Playing a control deck? Haha monkey go brrr. Playing an old deck? Haha look at this yugioh boomer residentSleeper deck. Play what you want as you can play literally anything you want. I been running adamancipator and although I lose to floodgates/Maxx C it has been fun and I definitely pissed some people off.
