For example, it's more confortable to play. Your arm doesn't need to be extended to playing for several hours which can be harshful.
Also, you can play it away from the monitor.
I personally need a controller to play those games to not bend my arms so much since I have several tendons in bad shape.
I strongly agree that I want to play this with a controller, I really hope this gets fixed soon. I have similar nerve/carpal tunnel issues and playing this with kb/m is going to be too exhausting to bother.
Same, I like swapping between pad and KB/M on Link Evolution depending on the moment, and the only buttons currently working on XB360 pad are B (which confirms like in a JP game), and D-up & D-down move the cursor left and right. Something is definitely not working right.
You really want to insist that using your wrist to manually move to and click buttons located all over the screen is superior to that? Maybe in other games, sure. But this game actually seems to be intended to be played with a controller unless you're on a mobile device.
Better yet, even though apparently only DS4 works properly, the game only shows Xbox button prompts. At least the button prompts match the controller I actually have in my hand doing it this way lol
