Artifact Lancea counters what?

Thinking of playing it, but not sure when to use it best. Any advice?

Dinos hate it, I recall that much. Really, it counters practicallt any deck that likes to banish cards.

first,for tribrigade,when they summon any of non-link tribrigade like kerass;you can chain their effect.that will possibly stop them.
second,for drytron.probably useless,but if they summon an union-car equipped with a dva,chain this one.
third,for decks using aleister,chain invocation
and many other,lancea can counter many decks

Doesn't it also counteract Crossout Designator?

I'm also surprised Eldlich decks don't grab a copy or two to prevent the boss from being banished.
