I go out of my way to daily comment on Konami's twitter and my support ticket to make sure it stays open.

You can try to have Konami delete the account but you just become banned from downloading/playing the game on said platform..

bumping a support ticket puts it at the back of the queue. all support tickets are answered eventually.
