I can't link the game in the konami id
when I try to connect the game via data transfer, I get a message saying that I cannot link an account because there is already some progress in the game.
that is,
I have the game on steam and on my phone, each with different progress.

If you already made a account on both, you're screwed with being able to transfer.

As far as i've understand it: The Konami ID can only be linked to one specific MD ID. So if you've created 2 accounts with a different MD ID, then you can't connect them both to your Konami ID at the same time. You rather should've logged into your Konami ID when starting your second device the first time, so that you doesn't generate a seperate MD ID on that device.

Might be a good idea to write to Konami's support, if they could delete one of your accounts, if that's even possible.

I understand what you said, but what I can't understand is that in 2022 there's a newly released game where you can't go out and change your account, that's unbelievable.

The game asks you, if you want to login with your Konami ID. If you refuse to do it, even though you have one already from another device, then it's not that surprising, that it will create a seperate account. And it's not surprising as well, that Konami prevents you from overriding your Konami ID, which is already linked to an account, with another account.

Contact their support, if you want to delete your Konami ID. We can't do that for you.
