The Telltale Walking Dead series is honestly a complete masterclass in story telling.

The characters in TWD series are for most part extremely well written. It has some of the most lovable characters in gaming, as well as some of the most despicable villains. The story... My God, the story. During all my hours of play time, at least ten are from me having to pause and walk away and decompress for a long while. I have been in tears playing this. Talking gross, ugly sobbing with some of the twists and turns throughout the series. Best part? This isn't even my first time playing these titles. They still hit so hard on second and third playthroughs. It's not all tears though! Plenty of moments have warmed my heart and had me laughing.

All in all though, this is probably one of the best narratives to exist, not just in gaming but media in general.

I LOVE THIS GAME AND YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BUY IT, BUT WTF WAS THAT ENDING?! HOW, HOW, HOW, HOW?! WHY DID YOU RUIN IT?! THE GAME WAS PERFECT SO I MADE MY OWN THEORY ABOUT THE END, YOU SHOULD’VE MADE YOURS JUST AS SOLID! THE GAME IS AWESOME, BUT THE ENDING WAS SO ODD!
