Season 1 controller problem.

So, I play TWD with controller, but every time I play Season 1 my controller just stops working sometimes and it switches back to a mouse, and it's really difficult because it happens at the worse moments after the loading screen passes. Does anybody know a fix for this?

pull out the usb for mouse and enjoy, probably happens cuz your mouse moves a little

I play with my mouse already unplugged

This also happened to me..... twice.
Was told to disconnect the controller and then reconnect.
About to play and try if it happens.
