Stuttering so bad I can't even change the settings.

I am running a 2060m, 8 gb of ram and windows 11. the game lags so much that i can't even change the settings in the menu. It is running on the 2060 and not on the integrated graphics card. I have tried disableing cores and running it boarderless as suggested in other threads. I know i should be able to run this game. Can anyone help?

try turning the render to low, this boost my fps to 144 instant, its a big fps killer so try turning that off

Updated drivers and I managed to put everything on low. It doesn't help at all. Truned the resolution down to 800X600 and it is just as laggy.

Update, when I unplug my laptop I can play it on high settings for some strange reason. It is running on the same card i both settings. The hell is going on?

Update to my update, I set the max fps to 60 and now I can run it on high. God this game was optimized by a toddler.

There is some solution, You have to turn off thread 0 in the Task manager while running the game. You could use Process Lasso, its free.
