Report a translation problem

(Don't worry, no spoilers there; there's ONLY the puzzle in the video)
If that won't work (although I'm pretty sure it will) you can always restart the episode to overwrite the save and prevent the bug.
The last thing to do would be verifying the game files, but since you've already reinstalled the whole thing it seems pointless.
Not sure why it happens, maybe it's the colours. Googling this and there is a lot of results.
It was fine in the original version.
