Fix game crashing at startup or main menu

I just switched to the Nvidia dedicated graphic card instead the Intel integrated.
On Windows 10 go to Settings - Gaming - Game mode - Graphic Settings (on the right)
Select Browse, search for ghost.exe in the game folder, then click on Options and set in High Performance.

That fixed for me without updating anything or doing anything else.

This just solved the problem I was having. Game would start up and then freeze immediately on the "New Game" screen.
