That would make Aiba mostly likely to be based on boss, which is only supported by her affection toward Date and her chosen form.
Tama would mostly likely be based on Date, which is supported by the constant dirty jokes and the form Date would definitely choose if he were a woman.
Who Marco could be has no supporting evidence, since we probably never hear him talk, but it could be Mizuki since Bibi would get along well with such a personality.
That's all pure and utter unsupported conjecture, but hopefully any sequel will focus on what Abyss actually is and what its goals are, as it seems like Boss might have directly caused both of these games to happen. In the first it was Boss' idea to do the body swap with the mob boss with supposedly restricted tech, and in the second Boss seems to be directly abetting the Nirvana Initiative due to Bibi's extremely suspicious movements following the hamfisted timeline reveal, and Boss calling SAT on Date and Mizuki during the Gen and Amame ending which could otherwise have led to a prematurely solved case.
However Uchikoshi loves completely discarding most sequel hooks going into a new game, so who knows if a sequel will do anything satisfactory.
