your favorite character?

I love the game's engaging characters and a story that makes you want to see what's ahead.

The characters have varied backgrounds and exploring their dreams was especially entertaining to me.

However, I don't have any friends around me who play this game.
I don't have anyone I can talk to about the charms of Date, Mizuki, and Boss.
Perhaps I like minor characters.

Please tell me your favorite character.

I would recommend Tokiko sigure as one of the best in this game. She has beauty and style that you would not believe she is 53 years old. To say too much would be a spoiler, but one guy has too many good feelings. I can't forgive him.

I enjoyed a lot of the cast this time! I think Gen is one that stuck out to me, it was really interesting to see him keep surprising me. He has his ideals, and they aren't always what you'd deem as right, but he's a very neat character.

Tokiko has a very cool design but she is probably my new sleep paralysis demon and she'd probably be pleased with that.

Tokiko is definitely creepy, but that made her behavior more interesting as a character. Right now, she's in the love to hate category for me.

Gen was a standout character to me as well, I really liked his backstory and motivations.

I was hoping we would get more of Tama, and I wanted to see more of her and Ryuki as a duo. Speaking of Ryuki, I liked him a lot too, and watching his struggle was genuinely sad, but also engaging.

Gen is very attractive.
He tried to protect the woman he loves in a different way than Ryan did.

Tama is also a wonderful character.
The question in my mind is that the woman Tama was based on is not in the book. Aibou imitates the boss. That was the reason that Date was potentially attracted to the boss.
I am waiting for it to be told who Tama copied from Ryuki.

I like pretty much all the characters EXCEPT Ota the piece of ♥♥♥♥ that he is. Tama is alright, though the sex jokes get really annoying sometimes. But I almost NEVER play games in dub version anymore since finding out they ♥♥♥♥ up the actual lines half the time. :/

Hmm, for me Chikara stood out positivly.
Well, not based on his story and what he did in the past , which was explained later in the game.
But at first I kind of liked both, his character when he was first introduced and also his Somnium, including his over-the-top personality there.
I loved him doing the DNA-Dance. XD Or I guess ... "Pirouette" would be more appropriate. ... Oh, the epi-genetic ecstasy!

Other than that, yeah, I guess I should also count myself to the Tokiko Fanclub. Very convincingly made cult... sorry, belief society... leader.

Still Mizuki, just like the original. And... Mizuki. Yeah, let's put it that way. Mizuki. And Mizuki.
And now i'm very sad because we will definitely never see Mizuki, and everyone else, ever again, because i can not see AI having any more sequels after such conclusion...

Mizuki has been an attractive character since the last film, but has become even more so in this film.

If the next work is to be created, I am also curious how Mizuki and Date will be able to associate with the aibo.

Just finished the Game and honestly without rooting for anybody in the past game, strictly only for NirvanA I really like how the characters in this game were more fleshed out and way more wackier, serious and also more emotional than the previous game, still love the first. Personally I love Komeji, a bit of lost cause of a guy but his backstory was sad and even though he did questionable things, he always tried to be a good father to his kids and also tried to always smile. I also love Tokiko, even though you see her in a few parts of the story they personally to me are the most crucial and the way she talks to ryuki, she, I feel is intentionally talking to us by the way she words her communication to the viewer but in simple terms as well, come on, 53 with a body like that, her elegance, her style and the facial expressions make you be like damnnnnnn plus I personally like her demented look when she talks about reincarnation and in the diverge chapter. I felt hurt not seeing her a lot more but that would made the alluring mystery aura around her disappear. Ryuki and Tama I felt should have had maybe some more screentime time, I enjoyed them both and wanted. I might start fires with this but I personally did not like mame, I just couldn't stomach her being mopey all the time and I get it is because of her father being killed and already being used to seeing bodies and having been almost killed by uru but maybe I was expecting her to be bit more crazy but from being traumatized idk, sorry but it was that and also when she dissed komeji that was just the straw that broke my heart for her. Kizuna was ok and lien too, I love Gen but his ways were a bit illogical but Gen is pretty badass, was wondering if there was going to be a cutscene qte at one point.

The English Voice Cast is competent here. I play with dub, and I see no issue with the voice acting. SungWon Cho (you may know of him as ProZD) does a Gen very well, I feel.

As for my favorites, I cannot deny Mizuki is pretty much my favorite, but I really like Boss too. In regards to the new characters that weren't in the first game, I have to say Gen and Kizuna.

I wouldn't surprise anyone if I say Tokiko because of her presence. She's a better antagonist than the presumed one.
I also somehow find the duo Ryuki/Tama more endearing than Date/Aiba.
And all arounders Komeji/Gen are great each time they're on screen.

There's a special star spot though, Green Chikara in the somnium is just so good. All of the elements combined make him steal the spotlight tbh. (I still prefer Tokiko though, let us ascend into nothingness)
