Keeping weapons unsheathed?

Hello there,

so I got myself the complete edition and like it so far, but is there any way to keep my weapons unsheathed or equipped without having to attack every three seconds? The neutral running animation just looks so weird. I keep wondering if whoever is responsible for this has ever seen a human in motion.
