How many % increase can you get with 99% equip load?

If it's anything like Nioh, then it wasn't worth it until more DLC was unlocked. To get higher equipment load through stats.

I, too, would like to know though. It could be different this time around.

I put one in a rarity 5 weapon giving it an A- rating and was getting about +4% at 68% load or +5% at 99% load.

Tbh I'd just run it in a B agility build (under 70) and not even bother with the 99% load one.

Thanks for your help. Elemental enchant is better option for that slot then.

I don't know the % exactly, but 3-5% (tops) seems to be about right. It's arguably not even worth a slot. Damage bonus based on elemental attack is another one that's very marginal, and not worth using. Even with 450 in earth, I get maybe 5% tops from it.

Elemental enchant can proc negative status effect on enemy after a few hits so it can be helpful for some builds.

If you are sitting right near 70% anyway, then it would be worth it, imo. Not worth going above 70% though.
