I 100%'d it before most of the performance patches hit. I definitely noticed stuttering at launch, especially the first area - and it certainly seemed to demand more than it should. But I recently re-installed to complete the DLC and the game runs and works great.

I think if you are still complaining about performance, it might just be a CPU/GPU limitation. This game was never going to run as good as Nioh since it is a current-gen only title.

So... I loved it! You might love it too. Just refund it within 2hrs if you are having technical issues you cannot overcome.

The game runs on my new rig almost as bad as it did with my old potato pc. Granted, im running everything maxed out, but the stutters are annoying af. Try the demo or refund if its not running to your liking.

I have a i7 13700k, a RTX 4090, a Gen 4 SSD and DDR 5 RAM and this is the game that runs the worst, by far, out of all the game I have tried to play on my system. I had to refund after like 10 minutes. Unplayable.

Even games with severe compiling stutters don't compare to the absolutely atrocious optimization this game had on release. It's not even close.

And now you are telling me this hasn't changed? The reviews on the store page for this piece of ♥♥♥♥ game say all there is to say about it.

it has gotten better tho thats thing, its just not fixed completely but it is better. however at launch the worst part was the first 10 minutes then it was playable, which ironically by time it was good you already refunded lol.

It's 5/10 decently fun for one playthrough but it has many problems. The ones that stand out to me are the horrendous visuals/graphics, the non-existent enemy variety, the obnoxious loot system, and the uninspired repetitive level design.

The storytelling, world-building, lore, characters, voice acting etc... are all absolutely abysmal. Which makes me laugh every time people compare this game to Sekiro because all these things in Sekiro were 10/10.

There are some great boss fights though. Three or four of the bosses are very memorable and that is the highlight of the whole game for me.

Anyways, I wouldn't pay anywhere near full price for it, even the current discount isn't enough considering the overall quality of the game. A 50% discount would be more acceptable at this point, especially on Steam where the review score was sitting at 46% last I checked.

What do you mean current-gen only? The game is on PS4 and Xbox One.

Also, why does it even matter? The graphics are no different than Nioh 2. In fact, to me and many others who have commented on this, Nioh 2's graphics looked better in many areas.

it's not worth it for the price rn
