Yes
That's your fav attribute in Nioh :D
I swear enemies see you way faster now when you're trying to sneak
i never noticed that but i do have 20 points in water so that boosts my stealth a bit
from my experience they seem to attack more often now and the boss' start with 25 max morale.
the trash stuff also do more critical attacks as well
I might be wrong but I do remember them changing quite a bit of stuff in NG+ for Nioh, not just the hp and dmg, so they might do the same here.
Its suppose to be rare for a reason lol. I am about half way through NG+ and I have gotten tons 5 star of charms from the demon pandas (almost guaranteed drops) and about 8-10 5 star pieces of armor/weapons.
In Nioh things dropped like candy but getting the stats you needed was just as RNG based as it is here. The difference is that once you get the piece/set you want, you can put the stats you want on the piece, so I think the drop rate is fair. Its the nature of loot based games and for me its what keeps me playing. If every perfect item was handed to you in a couple missions what would be the point?
Also I'm sure once DLC 1 comes along the gear you get will be obsolete or drops will be increased in a newer difficulty.
