Can not complete "The Uninhibited Heart"

The NPC "Zhang Jiao/Guo Jia" does not spawn at the end of the sewer area even after quitting and reloading the game.

Theres a place that u ddnt go. Trust me. Remember when u dropped down the sewer, then theres mermaid and warlock there. From that go left climb the wall, then u meet 2 skeletons, then climb wall again to find the liquor(or u picked it), THEN CLIMB 1 MORE TIME, theres wall that u can climb behind u

I dont know about that. What I ended up having to do was move to another location entirely. Then restart the level again, this time he spawned. I did nothing different.

That's exactly where my guy was when I did the mission. Couldn't find him for like 20 minutes so I found a random youtube guide lmao

Yeah the guy is hiding on top of something right as you jump down into the cave. Legit the rest of the room was a huge jebait.

I think his spawn is random. I've ran it twice and in both runs I found him in different locations.

Yes, he randomly spawns at 3 different locations.
