Headset keeps getting turned off

Playing this game, and in game my headset just turns off. Only game that does it, no issues with the headset at all. No consistency is how it happens. Could last 10 seconds could last 10 minutes and then just turns off. I turn it back on and sound works fine again for however it wants to last. Anyone got a fix?

on the gamepass mine turns off then back on seemingly at random not sure about steam. No idea about a fix tho but thought i'd report that OP isn't the only one with this problem so they get less "it's your hardware not the game" responses.

My headset is also turning off while playing the game. It only turned off when it is connected through usb but wireless has no problem. I'm using the Arctis 7 and it actually gave my headset a critical error. Had to recover the headset through Steelseries software. Also got my game through gamepass.

i got same issue with bluetooth controller and wireless mouse and keyboard
they randomly turn on and off

inb4 the controller only guys come in telling you that you are too poor to afford a dedicated soundcard.

Same issue with the wireless Arctis 7- If I try to recharge and play the game at the same time, it keeps going off, if you play without the cable plugged all is fine though.

I have a dedicated sound card and still have this problem

I have an acrtis pro wireless but forget the exact model.

i noticed that this game turns off bluetooth driver i was first thinking my system gotten an error but nope it even affect my wireless mouse and keyboard

did they really copy the bug from nioh 2? my friend was getting this with his wireless headset while we were playing that.

Update. Played the game again last night after fully charging my headset. After unplugging the USB from my PC the headset never turned off again. Seems to only be an issue charging and playing at the same time
