Black screen fix and crash to desktop fix

Guys, I have now fixed the issue with the black screen and crash to desktop after character creation!

Try the following:

Set wolong.exe settings in windows to run as administrator

and install from from microsoft

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

I can now see the cutscenes and even play the game!

System:
Win 11H22
Ryzen 3700x
RTX 3080
32 GB DDR RAM
