for example having a frame rate cap of 120 and having 60 fps would mean that your game runs at 50% speed.
flickering is caused by ssao. note tho that the settings don't save and thus you need to turn it off every single time you launch the game.
I would get that, but the game still slows down hard when I put all my settings to lowest and enable prioritize fps while also capping to 60fps,
you can enable an fps counter in steam overlay to monitor your perfomance.
Tysm! It got rid of them and the game still looks good.
Like I said, I'm playing on gamepass and microsoft absolutely hates overlays, I cant even get geforce experience framerate overlay to work with it. I have no clue what framerate the game is running at
is there a 30 cap? try that and see if slow downs dissapper? if yes then you were running sub 60.
Ok yeah you were right, it's better at lower frame caps. 30 is far too slow for me and I dont really like that I have to play at 60 either. Kind of annoying how bad this engine is.
