Slow motion gameplay

Hey guys, anyone else's game basically playing like you're at 0.5 speed? Everything moves SO SLOW for me. Like I feel like im playing in the matrix.

I posted a link to a video i put on youtube showing some of it. I know im using a slower weapon, but literally enemies jumps and everything are all moving SO SLOWLY

Happened to me once. I went back to main menu lowered settings and it got fixed.

Didnt work for me! Its so weird, ive experienced poor FPS and stuff in games before, but this is such a unique experience. Ive never had a game run in slow motion lol

This is somewhat of a common occurance for me, since I have a very old PC. The game's FPS seems to be tied to the animations so if your PC drops in framerate in big areas the game will slow down and the enemies alongside yourself & animations. (it happened to me during the 2nd zone while I was working my way to the 2nd boss). Then it happened again in the next area of the game.

I assume they're using the same engine as wildhearts which is why it has the same problems

whats interesting is that my analytics are showing around a 60fps, which doesnt make sense with the slowdown. The camera moves quite briskly and freely, but the characters themselves move so slow

Only happens to me on 120 fps mode. It seems a bit unstable rn so I’m locked to 60 , waiting for a fix 😢

this happened in nioh 2 as well when you have the ingame fps settings to 120 fps but have an external limiter (or nividia's) set to something like 60, which results in the game being slow. so i would check all your settings and make sure your fps isnt being limited, otherwise it could be that you are nowhere near hitting the 120 fps mark, if nothing else works, use Special K to limit to your choosing and it will fix the frame pacing and not be in slow mo

Wow the second i switched to 60fps it instantly fixed. Thanks very much!

happened several times to me while playing at 120 fps. when i locked it at 60 it stopped happening.

Wasn't crying, just asking if anyone experienced the same thing. Please note...I achieved my goal, got people who had a similar issue, got the solution, fixed said issue. So....how about not being the clown that contributes nothing to other peoples posts? Thanks

Yeah looks like it is a 120fps thing. So bizarre, but oh well. I played 12 hours in the demo at 60fps, I can do it here.

Look like the game released with a slow mode cheat already included for the journalist gamers be able to beat it and submit their reviews in time 🤣
