Best example of this, is going to some private owned second hand and then seeing a random jacket with literal sh*t stains on it, sell for 500$
And like i said, no one is gonna buy it, but the seller isn't gonna drop the price.
If it's not gonna sell for too long, they're gonna just trash it or whatever. But god forbid lower the price.
[Maybe it will be fixed later]
People rate a game based on it's current iteration, steam understands this and that's why they include "Recent reviews" in addition to "All reviews" as well.
Let's get one thing straight here, a controller shouldn't be REQUIRED for a PC game. They literally have mouse sensitivity settings and control settings in the game that are supposed to be for KBM. They had the intent for people who wanted to use KBM to actually use it, yet they decided to leave the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ camera controls as is. They had proper mouse controls in Nioh 1 and 2 and this is supposedly the same team who developed those games so why does it not exist in this game? This is a sign of game companies just being lazy. Imagine if you were a Web Developer and you created a website that works perfectly fine using microsoft edge, then you just copy/paste all the code for Firefox/Chrome/Opera users and the website doesn't work properly. Are you going to tell people to "just download Edge"? Would you be happy with that solution?
It is entirely on the people who designed this product and made it "unfinished". I don't understand why people want to "blame the victim" here saying that all PC players should just have controllers.
mouse control and 60fps lock is pathetic
so, the point is, they (the seller) don't care, right? Especially when it's a big/established company. They just have a really different kind of mindset. Negative reviews won't really bother them.
IF this was the case, NMS wouldn't be the titan it is today both in sales and popularity. They received legitimate death threats on top of review bombing and wanna know what happened? Nothing. The game continued to sell and the game was eventually fixed and that was an indie developer, not a AAA dev with a AAA publisher. Devs don't care about steam reviews. I don't know many people who do care about steam reviews, because there is only one requirement to make a review, own the game.
Their shouldn't have any technical issue to begin with man. A few years ago everybody would lose their ♥♥♥♥ because of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port... Now that studio and publisher have used people to have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port on launch, you are saying that it is ok to not have a playable game in the launch week ?!? And it doesn't deserve a bad review ? Looks like you are already on their side ...
