How to access the soundtrack?

so I bought the DD because I'm weak for soundtracks, but apparently the soundtrack is...a program? what? How do I get to listen to the music while I'm waiting for my work day to end so Zhang Liang can smash me into jelly again, is what I'm getting at here.

I don't know if it is the same here but for some other games it worked this way:
Wight click on the game -> Manage -> Browse local files.
And look for a folder named digital extras, soundtrack or something like this.

yeah that usually works, but in this case, all it gets me is the "WoLongArtBookAndMiniSoundtrack.exe" file, which doesn't actually run. Hence the confusion haha

When you launch the game you have the the option to Play the Game or Launch the Digital Artwork and Soundtrack program. If it automatically launches the game without giving you the option, right click the title on the list in the library and select properties, then change Launch Options from "Play Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty" to "Ask when starting game".

Thanks, I did eventually figure it out, and I'm probably going to be mad about it for the rest of my life, because if that isn't the most stupid and pointless way to deliver extra content, I don't know what is.

Who thought this was a good idea? Who thinks making me actually run the whole damn game if I just want to listen to some music that, to be clear, I paid actual money for, was a good idea? If I'd known they were going to make it impossible to play the music on, for example, my phone, I'd have saved myself some money and downloaded the Jack Sparrow edition from the start.
