Bare in mind I only played the demo (which was locked at 60fps as well.) And looked At that page for now. But if that info they updated recently is correct this might be one of the strangest launches I ever saw.
According to the FAQ, the 60 FPS limit is only for the demo version. The release version supports 120 fps: https://teamninja-studio.com/wolong/us/faq/
And the top review on steam also mentions they play on 120 fps.
All this applies at least to the Game Pass version of the game.
In Nioh 2, I was able to select 120 FPS.
Fullscreen? Borderless? WIndowed?
Slow motion bug?
